    Our services are entirely 1:1 — there are no subs and no assistants. Just a one-to-one connection with a pelvic floor therapist, which creates better outcomes for you.

    Our manual (hands-on) treatment helps reset your nervous and muscular system to have a more lasting effect and maximize your home exercise program.

    Our length of sessions allows time for questions to be answered, concerns to be heard, and treatment to be given in a comprehensive and compassionate team-based approach.

  • Initial Evaluation includes time to discuss your journey and all that may be contributing to your problem for which you are seeking pelvic health physiotherapy.

    These visits are 2.5-3 hours long to allow time for discussing your history and concerns, provide a thorough explanation of all that is involved which is typically not realized until you sit down with a physiotherapist. A thorough assessment will be completed which includes external and internal exams as warranted and as tolerated. Handouts, instructions, tips, and plan of care will be given that can be implemented immediately.

    You will be left with greater awareness and be able to start regaining control of you.

    With home concierge services there may be additional fees for travel beyond a 30-mile radius, please contact for more details.

  • After an initial evaluation has been completed the subsequent visits are scheduled according to your plan of care decided on between you and your physiotherapist. These are 1-1.5 hours long and include manual treatment with any additional education and prescribed home exercise or other tools to aid in your recovery toward restoring YOU! There may be additional fees for travel beyond a 30-mile radius, please contact for more details.

  • For established patients after having surgery, giving birth, or previously seen within the past year.

    Allows for extra time (1.5-2 hours) to re-establish care through discussing current symptoms and concerns, performing a thorough assessment, and treatment.

  • For established patients as a follow-up to advise, provide support, progress home programs, recommend resources, and answer questions.
